With chef Theo Yeamans at the helm, the food is light on the palette, but heavy on the wallet. With a sheltered patio over Memorial Drive, Chef's Table is the ultimate in a summer dining experience. Dishes worth the visit include the roasted elk hind, served with squash fondant, sunchoke puree and cocoa cured walnuts and the Angus striploin.
