2 Reader Reviews | I wanted to share this with anyone looking for a restaurant that values its customers.
On Oct 11 I e-mailed for a reservation for my 1st wedding anniversary which is on Oct 25. Oct 12 I got a reply from a Centini employee, Alicia, who said everything was ready for 7 pm on the 25th.
During the afternoon of Oct 22 I got an e-mail from Alicia telling me that due to a private function my reservation was canceled. I called her and she told me that she didn't think it was right but the owner, Fabio Centini, had instructed her to cancel my reservation. No offer to aide me with a reservation at another nice restaurant despite short notice.
I cannot believe a restuarant owner would demonstrate such disregard for patrons.
