8 Reader Reviews | Went there last night for a Christmas Party and I was very disappointed.
The servers looked like they didn't want to be there, they kept bringing the sames meats over and over, the meats were sub-par and the fire alarm went off for around 30 mins.
This restaurant as most in Calgary is highly overrated. I will never go there again.
Do not go...you'll be wasting your time, money and nerve.

I would never recommend this place to anyone as I had a bug (looked like a small cockroach) skitter across the table, land on the seat beside me and then drop to the floor. When I mentioned it to the server I had summoned from the next table, she just stared at me and said her hands were full, this was not her table, and what did I want her to do about it. I suggested she send over the manager, which she did not do. I wish I had had the foresight to trap it under a glass so they could see it. But those little buggers are fast! I have not been back, but I certainly hope they have worked the bugs out of their system by now!!!

The meat was excellent. The service however was lacking. We had a reservation for 7 pm and by 7:20 we were still standing in the foyer waiting to be seated - no apology was offered. By the end of the evening the service fell apart and we were left at our table with dirty plates and no offer of dessert. We won't be back.

Oh my god, I have never left a restaurant so satisfied and full.....It was honestly the funnest restaurant experience I have ever had and I couldn't wait to get home and tell my friends about it. I wish we had one here in Grande Prairie, but until we do, I will make sure I make it to the one in Calgary whenever I'm there!
