amboo Noodle House is one of three brand new restaurants the opened in the also-new Stampede Casino. The trendy resto stands out from its counterparts by not being snobby, yet not being fast-food-style either. As you might imagine, the restaurant offers Pan Asian cuisine, but doesn't sell the popular fare short; Bambu highlights both contemporary and traditional dishes and beverages from the best of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, such as noodle bowls and salad wraps. You can enjoy your meal in the stylish oriental-style décor venue, or sit outside on the terrace. – M.K.
