The first is the pillow-top beds that, true to their name, have a layer of down-filled pillow that runs the length and width of the mattress making sure you get a good night’s rest. The second is the on-site “Dream Specialist” who, at the push of a button that is fitted on every phone, will make your dreams come true whatever they may be. And the third is the hotel restaurant, ‘81/2’ where guests can enjoy out-of-the-ordinary, do-it-yourself cuisine where the choice is all yours. Wine is served in flights of three and meals are your choice of five menu items.
