The staff do all they can to make you feel at home, including specialty pillows, amenities, and “Desire Agents” to personalize your stay. Although the main focus is comfort, the location is hard to beat, as it’s just a stone’s throw from Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, the MoMa, and just about every other Manhattan highlight you’ve always wanted to see.
