  here are three reasons to stay at this hotel: location, location, and location. The boutique hotel is located in the Art Deco District in the heart of the trendy South Beach neighborhood. It’s also a block from the beach, and if you aren’t going to the beach, why vacation in Miami?
Aside from that, I can’t say that this hotel is particularly distinctive or unique. The rooms are decorated sparingly with monochromatic walls and furnishings, and the lobby is decorated in prototypical art deco style. But I remind you, you’re in the Art Deco District; everything is decorated in art deco style.
