 A boutique hotel that exudes a part of history—rustic décor full of opulence and historical signifiers. Best of all, they know how to eat. Their breakfast selection is extremely grand with smoked salon, tons of fruits, eggs, pancakes, colorful salads all decked out in a decorative buffet style. The same goes for their dinners where an array of prawns would be played out with lemon sprigs ready to juice their tender shells. I think I may be drooling just writing about it. The St. Michel has won many praises and accolades by lots of travel mags and reviewers around the world and would not leave you disappointed. –A.C
