h sweet, sweet Gothicism. There was a time when dressing entirely in black and embracing the dark side of life was relegated to social outcasts and depressed teenagers. Now it's practically a national past time. Night Hotel has gone out of its way to become the gothic capital of New York. The entire hotel is designed using high contrast black and white. That color scheme is striking enough to make your eyes dance in normal circumstances, but with the hotel located in the middle of the Technicolor Disneyland that is Time Square, the hotel has the potential to make your eyes pop out of your head.
Step inside this cool interior and you'll be treated to all the luxuries of a modern hotel within the pretty packaging. Rooms feature gorgeous large gothic beds and flat screen televisions (sadly in color, not just black and white). You'll also get the standard concierge service, laundry, valets, as well as a few extra perks like personal shoppers, a complimentary breakfast, and your own personal copy of the New York Times. From the outside you'd think this was a kinky Adam's Family inspired hotel for strange visitors, but it's actually a world class hotel…just one with a sense of style.
Beyond the hotel services guests will be treated to a world-class restaurant, an onsite spa, and an amazing location. By staying in the middle of Times Square you'll have easy access to some of the best shopping in the city as well as all the latest Broadway shows. A few decades ago this location would have guaranteed little more than a mugging, now it's the entertainment capital of the city. There are many hotels to choose in New York, but only one that will make you feel like you're actually living in a film noir. Make sure you make the right decision.—PB
